The staff was courteous, the room was relaxing and impressive with a balcony. Having a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets was a bonus. I came here for 1 night and had a comfortable stay.

I greatly enjoyed that the hotel was gorgeous and perfectly clean. The continental breakfast was included. The venue was placed in the central location right to the central square of town. Before bed I went to Okui Sushi Bar for a nightcap, its extremely close to the hotel. It made my trip to Ponce a pleasant experience.
Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

Everything in the hotel was perfect and our room was tasteful. We loved the own beach near our venue. Optimal location, Mercedita airport was 0.5 miles away. The staff was very kind and made it an incredible experience.

I had a fab stay in a long time. Incredibly beautiful hotel, tidy rooms, modern staff. Breakfast was exceptional : eggs, slices of fresh bread and fruit were cheap. I slept so comfy in the soft bed. Service was nice, I liked it.

Totally enjoyable experience. The continental breakfast had lots of choices. Room was fashionable and inviting and bathroom was big. They had an easy check-in too. Parking was onsite and we didn't mind paying extra usd 10 per day . We loved the historic area around the hotel.
